Fr. Larry, if the property you want to sell is worth $4 million now and you are willing to sell it to a developer for new homes or condos, ask for a selling price of at least $6 million. Please don’t accept an offer any less than $5 million. By the time you are ready to sell, it will be worth more than that. And it will be worth millions more to the developer. I will pray that your Parrish will receive a fair and just price for the property so you can accomplish your goals for your Parrish. But I wish you didn’t have to sell it at all. God bless you and your Parrish always!

So true father Larry. I believe the answer to climate change is through repentance. God is sending us a message to repent and follow Jesus. No political party can change the weather. Only God can.
